At Maison Peridot, every fragrance is a curated experience. We stand behind the quality and emotional resonance of our products. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we offer a clear and respectful return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, opened or sampled items are non‑returnable unless damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email our Client Services team at atelier@maisonperidot.co with your order number and reason for return.

  • If eligible, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • A restocking fee of $4.89 is deducted from all approved returns to cover handling and quality‑control processing.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


5. California Consumer Rights

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Civil Code § 1723, including:

  • The right to cancel certain purchases within a specified window.

  • The right to receive clear instructions for returns and refunds.
