required to create a safe, stable, and radiant fragrance experience. We list them for your full transparency and peace of mind.

Immediately after your purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Within 48 business hours, your Peridot item will be carefully prepared and dispatched, and you'll receive a second email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Once your Peridot order has been lovingly prepared and shipped (typically within 48 business hours), you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey directly.
We understand that plans can shift. You have a window of 3-4 hours after placing your order to request a shipping address change. Please contact our Peridot Support Team (monperidot@maisonperidot.co) immediately with your order number, and we will do our utmost to assist you.
Yes, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. To do so, please contact our Support Team without delay. After this brief window, your order will have entered our meticulous fulfillment process, and cancellation may no longer be possible
We share your concern should a package stray from its path. If your tracking indicates a lost package, please contact our Peridot Harmony Team. We will work diligently with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, ensuring your radiant piece reaches you
While every Peridot item is packed with utmost care, we understand that unforeseen incidents can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order
number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will swiftly arrange for a resolution.

Your payment method is typically charged at the time your order is placed. This ensures that your selected item can immediately enter our system and begin its journey to you.
You have 30 days after delivery to return your fragrance.
- If the bottle has been opened, you can return it for store credit.
- If the bottle is unused and in like-new condition, you can request a refund. Refunds have a $4.99 restocking fee.
Please note that bottles used more than 50% may not qualify for a return.

Yes. If the fragrance isn’t the right match, you can return it within 30 days after delivery.
